I watched “Rise of the Planet of the Apes” for the first time last night, and very much had “Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH” on my mind.
I fire up the computer this morning and see in my feed “Did anyone else think of NIMH?”
Spooky.
I loved that book when I was little. Was disappointed years later when the movie version came out with magic added to a story where it didn’t make sense. – *little kongorilla with jaw dropped and tears building*
